Interestingly, the above pic does not show any tape...it is the invisible red tape that it is wrapped up in that is the cause for irritation at them moment.
As can be seen, the form says that I need to see Dr Burns in 4 weeks, but apparently the hospital DOESN'T HAVE this information, the information they have says the appointment should be in 6.5 weeks.
This form also says that I need to go to the wound clinic to have sutures removed, however the hospital has no record of this needing to happen.
So seeing that the different departments don't seem able to get their acts together, I am thinking I will try to get someone to break through the red tape for me in the form of a complaint. As it is my wellbeing at stake here, I think it would be remiss of me not to take action.
