Lately I seem to be going to bed after 11 each night. My alarm goes off at 6.30am. This means I am getting around 7 hours (max) sleep each night. For those who have spent any length of time with me continuously will know that my body prefers to get 8 hours sleep in order to function well. Therefore I am accruing more and more sleep debt each night.
I love my pillow, I rest well in bed, but I just seem to have so much more I want to do rather than sleep! Thus today's pic is of my pillow. The place I should be instead of blogging! Goodnight John-Boy!
